Created a social media presence from scratch, grew the organisation's digital engagement in three areas

Digital communications (2011-2017)

I was originally hired just to run the monthly email newsletter, but while in this role, I noticed that EONS had no social media presence. I wrote the feasibility report that convinced the Board to try it, then trialled it so successfully that they decided to commit to a permanent presence on Facebook and Twitter, which I then set up and managed.

I also became the web content manager and continued to deliver the monthly newsletter. 

Newsletter subscriber numbers, website views and social media engagement all grew during my time with EONS.
